We list α_RVM, β_RVM, and α_ρ−W and their respective uncertainties, the profile midpoint, the PPA centroid as measured from RVM fits, ϕ₀, the resulting BCW delay, Δϕ, and the inferred emission height in km and R_LC units. References. Note that negative delays, Δϕ, are not expected in the BCW model. For those cases we indicate this with ‘<0’ for the emission height. Values in brackets reflect the results of fits that we do not consider to be reliable but note that even in such cases the PPA centroid is often well defined (see text for details). (1) Basu et al.
