Notes. Background polarization properties derived over the entire FoV at a distance > 120 arcsec from the pulsar. The table shows results for each of the three IXPE detector units (DUs), as well as for the total combined background (TOT), both after rejection (rj) and after deflaring (df). Errors are given at 1σ. M D P_99 is the minimum detectable polarization at the 99% confidence level.
