Toomre diagram shows gray circles for RR Lyrae stars from the Iorio & Belokurov (2021) population and red squares for those with PM anomalies found by Kervella et al. (2019a,b). The blue circles represent a population of the thin disk classified by their α-element abundances (da Silva et al. 2023, 2024).
