Notes. ‘No first guess’ means that we initialise the potential with one Jacobi step (see Section 3.6), ‘last step’ means that we use the potential field computed at the last step has first guess, and ‘last step + rescale’ has an additional rescaling (as described in Section 3.9). The latter is used as reference.
