’MHD25’, ’MHD50’, ’HD25’, ’HD50’ datasets (or ’MC1_att’) after using the t-SNE algorithm. We use n_clust = 2 in the k-means algorithm. Even though three clusters can be visually distinguished, this separation is not related to the presence or absence of a magnetic field. It is also not related to other physical parameters that we might associate with each cluster. That is why, the data is separated into two distinct clusters as for the PCA algorithm for this dataset.
