Evolution of the radial profiles for cooling time and electron density evaluated at various times in our highest-resolution MHD (top) and hydrodynamic (bottom) runs for the hot ICM gas (i.e. T ≥ 105 K). Observational constraints for the Perseus cluster are also indicated for cooling time for comparison (Sanders et al. 2004; Dunn & Fabian 2006; Zhuravleva et al. 2014; Fabian et al. 2017).
