The luminosity of the stars are calculated using Marigo et al. (2008) stellar populations, the effect of dust extinction is not included. Particles constituting the illustrated HII regions have fHII > 80%, ρ ≥ 1 cm−3 and 7 × 103 ≤ T/K ≤ 3 × 104.
