Notes. For each redshift, z, we show the system ID, the distance obtained averaging over distances between merging galaxies on the x, y, z projections, rm [kpc], the carbon mass ratio, μC, the relative mass ratio of the merging pair, μ⋆, the total stellar mass, M⋆ and SFR. In the last two rows, we report integrated properties for non-interacting systems which we use together with merging systems; see the discussion in Sect. 5.
