Comparison of the Hα profile from SN 2021adxl, SN 2010jl (Fransson et al. 2014), and SN 2013L (Andrews et al. 2017; Taddia et al. 2020). Each transient shows a blue shoulder atop their respective Hα profile, as well as broad wings. Each profile has been normalized and offset for clarity.
