Notes. The runs are performed with different computational grids on four nodes with 2 Xeon Gold 6240 CPUs@2.6 GHz (Cascadelake), with 18 cores each, on the Genius cluster at KU Leuven. LowEQ and MiddleEQ correspond to simulations on the equidistant low- and medium-resolution grids.
