Evolution of the cosmic stellar mass density for galaxies with M* > 108M⊙. FirstLight-derived densities are higher than pre-JWST values at z > 9 (Stefanon et al. 2021) and previous models with a redshift-independent efficiency (Tacchella et al. 2018).
