Four examples of as many classes of GRB LCs from the BATSE real sample (left) along with their trigger number, and the corresponding simulated sample (right). Following the same qualitative classification adopted by SS96, from top to bottom the four classes are single pulse, blending of some pulses, moderately structured, and highly erratic. At the top right of each subplot is shown the average error on the counts of the corresponding LC.
