Apertures used for spectral extractions. These are superimposed on the S(5) flux map (left) and velocity field (right). Rather than being circular, they trace specific features within the overlapping fields of view: (1) the star forming arc, (2) an H2 hotspot in the ionisation cone, (3) a knot of H2 emission to the east, (4) the nucleus, and (5) a region to the south outside the ionisation cone.
