Distribution of the factor $- (r_{0}' V_{0}) / c$ $-(\boldsymbol{r}_{0}\prime \boldsymbol{V}_0)/c$ in the galactic coordinate system, representing the relative change in the observed total proper motion due to secular aberration drift caused by the stellar proper motion.
