Local slopes s(p) and the distribution functions fo(p)/no for the unmodified Sedov shock. The parameters are x ¯ pm = 0.1 $ \bar x_{\mathrm{pm}}=0.1 $ (blue lines), x ¯ pm = 0.05 $ \bar x_{\mathrm{pm}}=0.05 $ (red lines), α = 1 (solid lines), α = 1/3 (dashed lines), and pmax = 104mpc. The classic value (for u2 = const) is s = 4 and is independent of p, α, and x ¯ pm $ \bar x_{\mathrm{pm}} $. Vertical lines: Left – energy of electrons for which the radio index is calculated in Fig. 6; right – protons with an energy of 240 GeV (see Sect. 5.2).
