Notes. For all parameters, we adopted uniform or log-uniform priors (shown as 𝒰) where the lower and upper boundaries are represented. (a)Pphot is the pressure for τ = 1 and (b)Tconnect is the uppermost temperature of the photospheric layer, calculated by setting τ = 0.1 in the Eddington approximation (see Mollière et al. 2020). The priors for T3, T2, and T1 were set to ensure a temperature profile that decreased monotonically with altitude to avoid temperature inversions. (c) represents the scaling factor for the cloud mass fraction for each of the cloud species used in our retrieval (i.e., Al2O3, Fe, and MgSiO3), defined such that
refers to a fraction equal to the equilibrium mass fraction.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
