Eddington ratio distribution of the [Ne V]-selected sample of type 2 AGNs. The λ_Edd was computed with the M_BH obtained from the stellar mass (using the Suh et al. 2020M_BH − M_* relation) and with the AGN bolometric luminosity from the SED fitting. The sources for which we had only an upper limit on their bolometric luminosity are reported as a white histogram. 40% of the sources have λ_Edd ≥ 0.1, suggesting that a significant fraction of the [Ne V] sample are in a highly accreting phase.
