Notes. n: number of used polarimetric datasets after data filtering and outlier rejections (one set corresponds to four exposures). α: solar phase angle. P and dP: the total linear polarization degree and its uncertainty. θP: the position angle of the strongest electric field vector. Pr and dPr: the proper linear polarization degree referring to the scattering plan and its uncertainty. θr and dθr: position angle of the strongest electric vector, with respect to the scattering plane normal vector, and its uncertainty. See Sect. 3.1 for the details of error calculations. (a)Data from Masiero et al. (2022).

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
