ALMA continuum emission of Sakurai’s object at 233 GHz. The emitting regions consist of a bright compact central component and faint extended structures elongated in the northeast-southwest directions. A Gaussian fit to the central component is shown as a grey ellipse. The black cross indicates the continuum peak position at (J2000) RA = 17h52m326990 ± 0
0002, Dec = −17°41′7.″915 ± 0. ″003. The rms noise level of the image is 44 μJy beam−1. The horizontal bar indicating the linear scale of the image assumes a distance of 3.5 kpc to the source. The synthesised beam of the ALMA observations is shown in the bottom-left corner and its parameters are: θbeam = 21 × 19 milliarcsec, P.A. = −84.1°.
