Stacked eRASS source (cyan circle, 1′ radius) and background (magenta annulus, 3′ inner and 15′ outer radius) regions for J0657 (left) and J1317 (right). Field sources discovered from a source detection run, using all telescopes (TM0) and photons in the 0.2–10 keV band, were excluded from the source and background region (green circles). The images include photons from the same telescope and energy band configuration that was used for the source detection.
