Comparing the vertical location of the centroid for different models that address different confounding factors: changing the gravitational field, changing the initial conditions, and introducing vertical wind shear. It is difficult to distinguish by eye between the two assumptions for gravity, because they overlap each other almost perfectly in non-dimensionalized form.
