Notes. The bins were set up in a 3D line-ratio space spanned by log([N II]/Hα), log([S II]/Hα), and log([O III]/Hβ). The size of each cell is 0.0167 × 0.0167 × 0.0167 dex3. 3D bins with Nspaxel > 180 were selected to derive the slope distribution in most cases. We used the 68% confidence interval of the median slope as the uncertainty (σ′), but we also showed the standard deviation of the slope distribution for each line ratio (σstd).

(a)

The value inside the parenthesis is obtained using the whole sample without binning.

(b)

The value is the average of the doublet values as the measured fluxes of the corresponding doublet were fixed by DAP.
