Tidal radius growth due to an extra dark mass: Scheme illustrating the increase of tidal radius (blue) in the globular cluster system (orange) embedded in a dark matter mini-halo (grey), in the left, in comparison with the globular cluster system without dark matter, in the right, at a same orbital radius. This tidal radial expansion is mostly explained by its dependence on the satellite’s mass, which is greater for the case with a DM mini-halo.
