For the literature data, the dust continuum reference frequency is set to one of the H2O line expected frequency (based on the redshift measurement from [CII]158 μm line, see Decarli et al. 2018; Yang et al. 2019a, and references therein) encompassed in the continuum frequency bandwidth.
