Notes. We show the fraction 
of BNS localized better than 100 deg2 at the merger that are localized better than 1000 deg2 at a premerger time tpre, for ET, ET+CE and ET+2CE. We show both cases that are detected with S/N> 8 and S/N> 7 at the premerger time. We consider only BNS observed at a viewing angle θv < 15°.
