SDSS colour indices a^★ versus i − z (Parker et al. 2008) for the Kalliope family. Most correspond to C/X-complex taxonomy or to M-type taxonomy if albedo is also taken into account. A subset of bodies with known colours is plotted (circles with error bars); probable interlopers are indicated by green circles. Examples of taxonomic classes related to differentiated bodies are also indicated by letters (‘V’, ‘A’, and ‘M’); these are not family members.
