Torque densities used in this work: (0.5, 1) (DL10), a modified version (torque mod) where is truncated near the planet when applied to the disc, and a variant model (high mass torque) based on an interpolation of torque densities obtained from a hydrodynamical simulation. The last case is for a 1.5 M planet. The torque densities are scaled by (Mp/M*)2(rp/H)4. Additionally, the LP86 formula (thin black solid line) and the A02 formula (thin black dashed line) are shown (see Appendix B). These are divided by 3 and 15, respectively for better visibility.
