Notes. The values of ‘A’ are renormalised so that the total surface density of baryons is 60 M⊙ pc−2. The numbers on the parameters are: 1 – onset, 2 – thick disc, 3 – quenching, 4 – thin disc. Parameters that we fit are marked with a +. The various ϵs are allowed to scale according a constant.
