Top panel: multiplicative bias of galaxies with 20 < mr < 24.5 after METADETECTION for simulated ground-based observations with a PSF that follows a Moffat profile with FWHM = . Middle panel: residual additive bias ci if we do not correct the polarisations (orange) or use the standard KSB correction (red). Bottom panel: best estimate for bsm as a function of
. The blue points shows the results for a double Moffat profile with a large ellipticity gradient (see Sect. 5 for details). Also for this more complex PSF do we find a multiplicative bias that is consistent with zero.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
