Notes. “All lines” refers to the full list of lines as taken from VALD, only cleaned of too shallow and too close entries (first part of Sect. 4.2). The “refined lines” list is cleaned of those lines that do not give consistently good results (second part of Sect. 4.2). The other three are subsets of lines that are also included in cleaned VALD list for stars of the corresponding effective temperature.
