They are taken from the PCCS2 catalogue except for the source at RA = 36.6416 deg, Dec = 23.7579 deg, which is in the PCCS2E catalogue (sources of unknown reliability) and for that at RA = 143.0985 deg, Dec = 27.4167 deg, which is one of the Planck high-z source candidates (PHz catalogue; Planck Collaboration Int. XXXIX 2016). The redshifts of the source and of the lens are denoted by z and zl, respectively. In the first column, P stands for PCCS2, PE for PCCS2E, and the adjacent number is the selection frequency (GHz).
