Notes. The values were determined using three different rest velocities v_rest to get v_rel. The total cloud masses M_cloud are a combination of gas mass and stellar masses from YSOs. Col. 3 gives the projected surface area a_today of each subregion. The abbreviations indicate which rest velocity was used to calculate v_rel: Orion X (ox), L1641-S/C in Orion A’s tail (tail), OBP-Near (obpn).
