Table 3

[C II] modeling per selected region.

Notes. COBE [C II] map shows two distinguish source of emissions which are Orion and λ Ori. The rest is emission not connected with these two features called diffuse emission. The Orion complex modeled flux rises from H II region and dense PDR of M 42, M 43, IC343, NGC 2023, NGC 2024, the surface of molecular clouds OMC A and OMC B. The λ Ori complex consists of the molecular rings and ionized gas. The modeled diffuse [C II] consists of CNM, ELDWIM, and Barnard’s Loop. (a) Percentage of observed [C II] flux with respect to the total observed [C II] flux. (b) Percentage of modeled [C II] flux with respect to the total observed [C II] flux. (c) Modeled [C II] emission per selected region relative to the observed [C II] per selected region.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
