BD+60 73: alternative UV-line fit (cf. Fig. C.2, second panel). For the model shown here, an approximately 70 times higher X-ray irradiation has been adopted, which brings the resonance doublets of N V λλ 1239, 1243 and C IVλλ 5801, 5812 to the observed strength (see text in Appendix B).
