For the model shown here, a roughly 300 times higher X-ray irradiation has been adopted, which brings the resonance doublet of N V λλ 1239, 1243 almost to the observed strength (see text in Appendix B). The remaining discrepancy is because of the C III line at 1245 Å (see Appendix B for details).
