Uncertainty of h₂ from simulations as a function of resolution of the topographic grid and its decomposition into the components caused by each of the error sources. The uncertainty is given by the RMSE from 100 random realizations of model and measurement errors. The RMSE induced by pointing jitter and the lateral component of the orbit determination error are both < 0.0004 at all resolutions.
