Notes. All lines were used for the LCR method in Sects. 4 and 5. The lines in bold correspond to those used for the 2LR method in the tests in Sect. 4. For the 2LR method, the coefficients are defined by Eq. (24) which explains the factor 1025 by which both values are multiplied. For the LCR method they result from the optimisation. These coefficients were calculated for a density of log(n) = 8.3.
