Measured intensity in the Lyot stop plane when the beam of the internal source is centered on the vortex coronagraph. The classical Lyot stop is encircled in green. The SCC reference hole used during the run is encircled in red. The rest of the image should be dark as the Lyot mask should stop the star light. However, the mask is not perfectly black and reflected light is detected close to the Lyot stop.
