The value Ecut, 95% is the statistical 95% confidence lower limit on the energy cutoff of the FBs spectrum; is the minimal95% statistical lower limit among the models of the FBs in Sects. 3.23.4. There are four cases in which the introduction of a cutoff does not lead to improved fit: in all of these cases while the formal best-fit values of Ecut are larger than 1 TeV.
