The bias values in the second column correspond to our fiducial calibration where we split the galaxy sample first into tomographic bins (with-z); for the m (no-z) results the bias as a function of size and S/N is determined before the split into tomographic bins; m (FC17cor) lists the results if the FC17 simulations had been analysed with the correct weight recalibration.
