Comparison of the observations in part of the overlapping region between the two atlases used for the Sun: Kurucz et al. (1984) for the visual region (solid black lines) and Livingston & Wallace (1991) for the IR (red dashed lines). The latter atlas has telluric lines removed and measures the disc centre intensity of the Sun. The wavelengths were shifted in order to match the observations.
