Column 1 gives the element and degree of ionisation, Col. 2 the wavelength, Col. 3 the lower excitation potential, Col. 4 the oscillator strength, and Cols. 5–7 the damping constants. The 7Li components and nearby atomic lines are listed. We note that many linelists include a Si i line 6708.023 Å. That inclusion dates back to Mandell et al. (2004) who tried to fill an unidentified absorption feature assuming it to be a highly excited Si i line. However, new laboratory measurements of Si show no sign whatsoever of a Si line at that wavelength (Henrik Hartmann, priv. comm.), and therefore it is not included.
