Table 1

Values of free spectral parameters obtained for looptop source and for first and second footpoints.

First Second
Looptop footpoint footpoint

EM (× 1048 cm-3) 2.1 ± 0.5 0.14 ± 0.08 0.08 ± 0.07

T (keV) 2.1 ± 0.1 2.5 ± 0.3 2.5 ± 0.4
T (× 106 K) 24 ± 1.2 29 ± 3.5 29 ± 4.6

keV
(× 1055 e cm-2 s-1) 0.46 ± 0.08

(× 1035 e s-1) 0.12 ± 0.03 0.06 ± 0.02

δ 5.2 ± 0.4 4.4 ± 0.2 4.2 ± 0.2

Notes. The parameters EM and T are the emission measure and temperature (thermal component). The value is the normalization factor derived for the looptop source in the thin target approximation, is the electron rate above 25 keV derived for the footpoints in the thick target approximation, and δ is the electron spectral index derived in both thin and thick target approximations. The non-thermal parameters refer to the electron distribution directly and not to the photon spectrum.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
