Notes. The models are defined by the cold dark matter, baryon, and massive neutrinos densities, the Hubble constant, the number of light neutrino species, and the inhomogeneity parameters, σ8 and ns. The sound horizon, rd, is calculated using CAMB (Lewis et al. 2000).
