τ posteriors computed by SimBal from the 100 and 143-GHz QML cross- and auto-spectra, both with (solid curves) and without (dashed curves) debiasing by the mean of the simulated power spectra. While the 100 × 143 cross-power spectrum is not affected by debiasing, the 100 × 100 and 143 × 143 auto-power spectra, which are still dominated by the systematic effects, are more affected. Nevertheless all debiased τ posteriors are consistent.
