Transition 110 ← 111 at 67 GHz measured at a nominal temperature of 9 K. Similar to Fig. 2, the narrow Gaussian is the shape expected for a single line at 40 K. Averaging over several measurements and binning into 4 kHz steps yields the red curve, revealing deviations from a Gaussian shape.
