The letter indicates for which X-Shooter arm no absolute flux-calibration was possible: V=visible, N=near-infrared. The S letter indicates that the spectrum is saturated in the K-band.

The (JKs) colors are derived from the spectra using the 2MASS filters (Cohen et al. 2003), see Sect. 5.1.
