(5) and (6) based on the measured amplitude Um (Col. 3) and impact duration Tc (Col. 4). We assumed a density ρ = 250 kg m-3 and Young’s modulus Ep = 15 MPa. The measurements were obtained with an impact speed of about 0.94 m s-1 on the Z-side (3rd PZT) of DIM.
