Attempt to reproduce the median EX Lupi spectrum (black line, with standard deviation per pixel marked in grey) by using a rotationally broadened standard veiled by a continuum emission (magenta). The difference between the observed and veiled spectra is shown in pink. A constant veiling cannot reproduce the depths of all lines, even if we only consider a very small wavelength range. The differences are too large to be explained by the standard deviation or time variation observed between the different spectra.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
