Comparison between the planetary systems orbiting the XO-2 binary stars and the architecture of the inner Solar System. The case of XO-2N is shown in the upper panel, while that of XO-2S is represented in the lower one. In both plots, the red ellipses (solid lines) represent the orbits of the XO-2 planets. The orbits of Mercury, Venus and the Earth are indicated with black, blue and green dotted lines respectively, also labelled with the planet names. The cross symbol in the middle of each plot indicates the star location.
